    INGREDIENTS

    • 6-8 slices of DLM Artisan New York Rye, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • Trout or salmon roe
    • 1 lemon, zested
    • 1 handful of dill, chopped
    • 4 Tbsp butter, softened

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut buttered DLM Artisan New York Rye into triangles.

    Toast in an oven for 4-5 min then let cool off.

    Spread with a little butter then top with trout or salmon roe, fresh dill, and lemon zest.
