In a sauté pan, heat the butter and sauté red onions until golden; set aside.

Butter a 9x13-inch dish and layer bagel cubes, salmon, sautéed onions, cream cheese, capers, and dill.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and half and half together. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Pour over layered casserole and garnish top with Everything Blend seasoning.

Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 45 minutes or in fridge overnight.

Bake at 350°F until eggs are set, about 45-60 minutes. Let rest 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
