    • 1 loaf cocktail pumpernickel bread
    • 1 stick Kerrygold Garlic & Herb Butter, softened
    • 1 jar trout roe
    • Fresh dill sprigs for garnish

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Spread slices of the cocktail pumpernickel bread with the herb butter. Top with a dollop of trout roe and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
