Cut sandwich bread diagonally.

Heat gravy in a saucepan over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, add turkey slices, and cook until hot, about 5-8 minutes.

Place mashed potatoes in a microwave-safe container, loosely cover, and microwave on medium power until heated through, about 3–5 minutes. Stir halfway through to ensure even heating.

Place two slices of bread on a plate, cover with slices of turkey, and add mashed potatoes on the side. Pour additional gravy on everything and serve.
