Winter Citrus Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp DLM Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey
  • ¼ cup DLM Pure Olive Oil, or more to taste
  • Zest of one orange, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Belgian endive, leaves pulled apart
  • Handful of dandelion leaves
  • Handful or two of other winter greens, like radicchio or frisée
  • 2 cups segmented citrus fruits like grapefruit, oranges, or tangerines
  • Fennel fronds or dill sprigs for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, and olive oil. Season with the orange zest and salt and pepper to taste.

In a salad bowl, toss the greens with a little of the dressing. Tuck in the cut citrus and drizzle with additional dressing, if desired. Garnish salad with the herbs.
