The three of us are always excited for our annual Julia Child wine dinner. Child is a gastronomic icon of one of the most wonderful cuisines in the world. French cooking, with an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients prepared with pride in presentation, is the foundation for many other cuisines. We'll do our best to prepare a fabulous menu with beautiful wine pairings.
