Cookies with Cooney
Hands-on fun meets sweet treats in this cookies class with Chef Mary Cooney. Bake a variety of delicious cookies, including White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Orange Almond Biscotti, Baci di Dama (hazelnut kisses), and Chocolate Ricotta Cookies with Icing. Each student will take home a box of assorted cookies, making it the perfect class for learning techniques, enjoying treats, and sharing homemade sweets with family and friends.

Mary Cooney is a first-generation Italian-American who has a passion for teaching that is hard to equal. She loves to share her knowledge of authentic Italian dishes as well as baking pies and desserts. She has been on staff at the SOC since 2005.
