Join Mary Cooney for this stuffed pasta workshop where you'll learn to up your ravioli game with two new pasta shapes. Tortellini are plump little ring-filled pasta shapes perfect for brothy sauces. We'll stuff our tortellini with a Pork Ragu and simmer it in a rich Chicken Stock for a comforting soup. Caramelle is a fun, yet elegant, shape that looks like a wrapped candy—only ours will be filled with a savory Roasted Butternut Squash Filling and blanketed it in a decadent Brown Butter and Sage Sauce. This menu will be paired with wine.

Mary Cooney is a first-generation Italian-American who has a passion for teaching that is hard to equal. She loves to share her knowledge of authentic Italian dishes as well as baking pies and desserts. She has been on staff at the SOC since 2005.
