This weeklong camp for young chefs is designed with simple-to-follow, yet delicious recipes the entire family will enjoy. With Zebbie’s expert guidance, students will become familiar with a variety of ingredients and kitchen skills. Each day we'll explore a particular theme focusing on a variety of cooking techniques. Students will have fun creating their meals and enjoy the rewards!

Zebbie Borland has been on the DLM School of Cooking team as a kitchen assistant since 1990. She has taught our Kids' classes since 1998. She loves food and people of all ages. Her specialties are cheesecakes, children's parties, and growing and cooking herbs. Zebbie holds a B.S. in Business and earned her teaching certification from Miami University.
