The Crane Assembly Wine Dinner

Discover the bold, distinctive wines of The Crane Assembly, bringing the past, the present, and the future by representing the oldest vineyard in Napa Valley, The G.B. Crane Vineyard. The G.B Crane Vineyard was planted in 1858 by the Napa Valley pioneer Dr. George Beldon Crane who introduced Napa Valley to European grape varietals and set out to make wines that would rival the best in the world. The winery now has Dayton roots and the torch has been handed to Vail Jr. and Lesile Miller to continue the legacy of this historic vineyard. This evening promises a memorable exploration of one of Napa’s most exciting and highly regarded producers. Wine flights and food pairings will be served to complement the evening’s conversation.
