Why does it take 7 days before my Laura's Cookies Ship?  

Laura’s Cookies are made-to-order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Once your order is placed, it’s sent to Laura’s team of artisan bakers who hand-roll, bake, and decorate each cookie fresh. After decorating, the cookies are individually flow-wrapped to preserve their soft texture and flavor. This careful process takes time, which is why we allow up to 7 days before shipping.

Why does the icing on Laura's Cookies appear lighter than the photos or previously ordered cookies?  

Laura's Cookies are now made with all-natural colors. Shades may appear softer than photos due to changes in dye regulations. 

How Long will Laura's Cookies stay fresh?

Each cookie is individually wrapped to maintain freshness. For best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 7–10 days of receiving your order. You can also freeze them to extend shelf life—just allow them to come to room temperature before serving.

Do Laura's Cookies contain nuts?
