To ensure your gift is as fresh as possible, we don't pull from a shelf. Once your order is placed, our bakers schedule your cookies to be baked within 72 hours. After baking, they cool for a full day before being flow-wrapped to lock in that signature soft texture. We ship them the moment they are ready to ensure peak quality.

Yes! While we typically ship as soon as the baking cycle is complete, you can choose a future arrival date at checkout. Our system will calculate the exact window needed to bake, cool, and ship your cookies so they arrive exactly when you want them to reach your recipient.
