How does the "Baked-to-Order" process work for the Classic Collection? To ensure your gift is as fresh as possible, we don't pull from a shelf. Once your order is placed, our bakers schedule your cookies to be baked within 72 hours. After baking, they cool for a full day before being flow-wrapped to lock in that signature soft texture. We ship them the moment they are ready to ensure peak quality.

Can I schedule these cookies to arrive on a specific date? Yes! While we typically ship as soon as the baking cycle is complete, you can choose a future arrival date at checkout. Our system will calculate the exact window needed to bake, cool, and ship your cookies so they arrive exactly when you want them to reach your recipient.

Why do some of the colors look soft or slightly faded? We use all-natural dyes to create our beautiful pink and signature-toned icings. Because we avoid synthetic chemicals and artificial binders, you may notice minor bleeding or natural fading. This is the mark of a truly artisanal product—the cookies remain super cute and taste better than ever!

How should I store these cookies if I’m not eating them right away? Keep the cookies in their original flow-wrap packaging at room temperature or refrigerator for one week.
