INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz salad greens
  • 8 oz California Dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 oz manchego cheese, shaved with vegetable peeler
  • DLM Dijon Vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marcona almonds, roughly chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine and toss greens, dates, cheese (save some for top), and vinaigrette.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Garnish salad with chopped almonds and remaining cheese.
