Preserving Summer: Corn Salsa & Chow Chow

Join Rob Leonard in celebrating the summer harvest in this hands-on canning class! We’ll make a Sweet-and-Spicy Corn Salsa and a Tangy Chow Chow, then preserve both using the simple water bath method. You’ll leave with a pint jar of each recipe, as well as the recipes themselves—delicious reminders of summer to enjoy all winter long. A board of charcuterie will be served for snacking.
