Glorious Gluten-Free Italian

This is the gluten-free class you've been waiting for! Whether you're on a restricted gluten-free diet or just want to experiment with the health benefits of cutting back on gluten, Mary will give you tips and ideas for delicious foods that will change your mind about dry, dull gluten-free food. She'll explain how to improve the texture of baked goods, often requiring extra liquid to be added to compensate for the dryness, with a fabulous dessert. This menu will be paired with wine.
