Hands-On Class
This is a great class featuring two recipes you’ll treasure having. You just may change your go-to lasagna recipe after trying Nonna’s version. The Mezzelune is a delightful meatless dish with an elegant presentation. Both dishes are ideal for family dinners and holiday parties. This menu will be complete with a green salad with Italian vinaigrette and wine.

Mary Cooney is a first-generation Italian-American who has a passion for teaching that is hard to equal. She loves to share her knowledge of authentic Italian dishes as well as baking pies and desserts. She has been on staff at the SOC since 2005.
