We're excited to introduce Nicoletta Serenata to the Culinary Center. Nicoletta, born and raised in Bari, Puglia, will share her culture-rich love for the language and foods of Italy. Journey with us on a culinary trip to one of the most famous cities in the world while watching Nicoletta prepare a delicious, authentic Roman meal. You may learn a few Italian words as well! This menu will be paired with wine.

Nicoletta Serenata

About Nicoletta Serenata

Nicoletta was born and raised in Bari, Puglia; the heel of Italy. She and her husband, Giacomo, moved to the US in 2009. The couple enjoys preparing authentic Italian meals for their three bilingual children. Nicoletta owns a business called "When I am in Rome", in which she teaches Italian, provides travel planning services, and cooking classes. Nicoletta is excited to share her Italian culture, and beautiful food and language with our Culinary Center students.
