Join Mary Cooney for this class and learn a few great recipes and ideas. Tomato Confit can be made, stored in a jar for up to a month, and used in so many delicious ways—spread it on crusty bread, toss in pasta for a no-fuss sauce, or use as a topping for fish or grilled chicken. You’ll discover how to make Italian Gelato to enjoy at all your summer gatherings. The other dishes are keepers too and we guarantee you’ll enjoy every bite! This menu will be enjoyed with wine.
