With easy access from Rome, Italy's Abruzzo region is a food and wine lovers' paradise, and becoming a popular tourist destination. The cuisine is eclectic and diverse with mountains and sea as its strategic borders, and fishing and farming are this region's lifeblood. The region is also known for its Montepulciano grape for producing its wine. Discover the cuisine of Abruzzo with Instructor Mary Cooney's fabulous small plates. This menu will be paired with wine.
